Work from home is the need of hour but don’t get used to it. You will end with just belly fat like me. Therefore, it is time to keep motivating yourself and do something which can keep you fit and healthy. I am also trying to get into the shape again. It is always a difficult task for me to reduce weight. I have added 8 kgs since March 2020, when the country announced nationwide lockdown.
Of late, I noticed my enhanced paunch while trying a T-shirt at a mall. I realised that comfort only destroys. Therefore, you should always stay out from your comfort zone and keep focusing on your life goals. Undoubtedly, this time is very difficult for all of us. The second wave of Covid seems more dangerous than than the first one. Lakhs of people have already lost their live, while uncountable are on hospital beds. Therefore, I will advice you to don’t focus on Covid updates and keep zeroing in on your life or career goals. This can be increase your knowledge, reduce weight or change your job or anything else.
Lesson: WFH is only the need of hour. Keep focusing on your goals. Stay fit, stay healthy
